Tim Batiuk is a comic artist in Portland, Oregon. He writes lots of zines under the name Rio Safari for some reason. From his website:

“I like making marks on paper, so I often end up illustrating and/or writing zines (self-published magazines). I hope to create reflections of what I’d like to see– self-expression, social equity, sustainability, being cool to one another!

Otherwise, I like cooking (especially baking bread), dinosaurs (especially sauropods), biking (especially on my bike, Jónsi), and reading (especially often). Some of my favorite things are my boots and my library.”
